Rosedale is one of the city’s oldest residential neighbourhoods located north of Downtown between McHugh Bluff Park and Sunnyside. This mixed income area is made up of condominiums, apartments and single detached houses that are perfect for Calgary downtown commuters. Stretching just nine blocks, residents of Rosedale often drive to work along one of the three major streets surrounding them (10th Street N.W, Centre Street or 16th Avenue N.W).
