Concord City Place is a small part of downtown Toronto located in the west end of between Bathurst Street and Blue Jays Way (near the Rogers Centre). It is a 45-acre site near the waterfront full of new condominium buildings. The neighbourhood is still in development but upon completion it is projected to be the largest residential development area created in Toronto (7500 residential units total.) This is also a popular tourist location since some of Toronto’s main attractions such as The CN Tower, The Rogers Centre, The Air Canada Centre, The Steam Whistle Brewery and Ripley’s Aquarium are close by.
